All About T

It all started with a desire to help people find confidence in themselves. Always being a smaller guy, T began lifting weights and studying all forms of fitness in order to build confidence in himself and his physical abilities. Once he began to find his own confidence, he wanted nothing more than to help others feel the joy and power he had found for himself.

The Mindset

Fitness is so much more than just burning calories and being overly critical of our diet or lack thereof. Fitness should be about finding what makes you feel powerful, strong, beautiful, and confident. T’s focus has always been in helping others find THEIR favorite way to workout, and developing lifelong healthy habits.

The Programs

These programs are all based off of workouts that Thomas has tried in real life, so you’ll never do anything that T isn’t willing to do himself.

All of the programs are designed with a specific goal in mind, i.e. to build strength, decrease body fat, and improve cardiovascular endurance, so that you’re never just putting in work to put in work.

The Podcast

The Fit Perception Podcast is T’s podcast where he discusses all things related to current happenings in the health, fitness, sports, psychological industries. He occasionally interviews individuals in these, and other industries who have expertise, or interesting viewpoints/perspectives in regards to the current happenings, changes, and challenges in the industries.
