This is an advanced program and is designed for you to be able to track your progress with weight and reps over the course of 12 weeks total. It is broken down into 3 week segments, where you will do the same exercises/workouts from weeks 1-3, then the exercises/routines will be adjusted, and you will follow the adjustments for weeks 4-6, and so on until week 12 is completed. The weeks are broken into 5 days, and you can follow the days in order from 1-5 or you can complete the workouts in whichever order you would like.
