4 Week Beginner Body Sculpting
This is a beginning program and is designed for you to have a strong starting point, to be able to track your progress with weight and reps, and to start a consistent gym routine. It is designed to be done at a regular, commercial gym, with access to standard gym equipment.
The weeks are broken into 3 days of total body work, and you can follow the days in order from 1-3 or you can complete the workouts in whichever order you would like.
